the alternative to apologizing

k so apologizing is not a thing in nonviolent communication because we strive to not label stuff and especially people as moralistically "bad" vs. "good" or "wrong" vs. "right" or "evil"  vs. "good"  (which heals stuff like borderline personality disorder splitting for example).  so this is my alternative to apologizing,  while still taking responsibility for my past perspectives, beliefs, ways of thinking, behaviors and soo on-  and this is authentic and genuine from my heart

"please be patient with me-  I am still learning the stuff in this nonviolent communication book,  and sometimes I feel triggered because of not knowing the entire language and sometimes stuff happens that I do not know how to respond to in a way that is not harmful.  I would like to not cause harm,   and I regret a lot of stuff that I did in the past because I would like to be trusted to not cause harm.  and although I am not making moralistic judgments about myself that I caused harm in the past,   I feel sad that at the time I was confused on any other way to perceive and think and behave in order to try to get my needs met. I wish that I had done many things in my past differently,  with the understanding that I have now."

There's no apologies in nonviolent communication?

I don't think that's right.
