and you are healing from seeing from the perspective of moralistic judging and shaming/guilting/blaming being a necessary part of human communities and societies,  and the idea of yourself being "bad" is soo laughable to you now that you choose to ironically post rap music bragging about your "badness"  :p😊😇🤍🕊

at least it wasn't all for nothing,  unlike some nihilists of the forum would see it as  🙄🤷‍♀️

 

I honestly just wanted to win and have my freedom,  I do not even love him,  but I am trying to become more sensitive to my empathy soo that I can have more compassion on him

No I didn't-  I said that I was healing from that perspective and taking my sweet time too in no rush at all just relaxing and enjoying my life-  it is reccomended learn the nonviolent communication language over the course of fourteen weeks,  but I am going to have it mastered in two weeks  😊😇  prob because it feels like the language that I wish that I knew how to speak even as a child,  when most of how people interacted and how they spoke to each other seemed insane to me  (and still does to this day although I have intellectual empathy about it now and I am becoming more sensitive to my emotional/spiritual empathy)
