I've ignored topics that got actual traffic, kept up ones from days where she didn't make many, and don't plan to hide it until it's had at least 24 hours of life.

We aren’t five year olds. How about, failure to follow the rules results in banning 

that’s how it was in the old days on most forums including this one 

post x amount of topics in one day, marked as spam for review and given a kick timer or something 

stop posting ten topics in one day 

you can have one topic and just fill it to shit

or allow subtopics for topic poster to create or something as a compromise I don’t know what ever is better for the forum and mods
