Amanda Bynes was found walking around the streets naked in a bad part of LA. She flagged down a car for help, told them she was coming out of a psychotic episode, and called 911. She's being held on a 5150 right now.

Oh god that poor woman, she doesn't need this shit.
Like really, her fall from the pressure of The Amanda Show still resonates, and she went pretty damn dark and gloomy from what I'd guess is a medication adjustment. She was manic as fuck, and writing her own material when way too young to be that capable of it, then she burnt out and went nuts enough to leave her own show (with others still running it).
Seeing her in movies closer to now is a stark difference, and the face tattoo was likely her way of trying to stay offscreen similar to Jim Carrey's hideout period; Needing external things to keep them from going against their own wishes.
She was under conservatorship until last year.
