If they are the same person behind them plugging, at least to the persona assigned to Dragoon's credit he seems to avoid the 'talking to himself' problem we usually see from the puppet menagerie (for posts at least).
They have a nasty habit of trying to talk about eachother to pretend they're more interesting, like a peanut gallery variant of wingmanning. They then throw in a few real names of other people to try to smokescreen it, but often pull at similar themes no one else gives a fuck about half the time.
Sometimes it'll even be done to try to seem clever, like setting up their own punchline, but there's always this sort of stilted lack of feeling to it when it's just one dude playing with dolls.
