And you keep saying I look down on others

I don’t look down on anyone I’m just trying to make my way. My experience of the world is different. Ymmv

 A legally defensible reason?

Do you think I'm going to take you to court or something?

I just think you're stupid and listing all the shit you've spent on. That you're proud of giving a man that not only hates you but has told you many times that he will never love you 21000 just adds to it.

Well

if the question is who should be entitled to my parents’ money, I was an only child, the answer is not her family.

Sure but you're insane and incapable of being responsible of a large amount of money because you're trying to buy chapos love(or sex) any opportunity you get.

The trust is more helpful to you, i hope your mother keeps to it.

That is your opinion and you are entitled to your opinion and I thank you

The issue is not so much the Trust as you might understand it but I would rather a Corporation enforce it than her family and there needs to be a valuation now before things get hectic

BUT the upshot is we are distant from that juncture yet.

Attempting to use her aunt/family member to network/get favor from instead of actually wanting to be around them. It's probably why her family doesn't want to be around her, she only sees them as opportunities.

THIS. Thanks for wording it so perfectly

Could be I’m not like them. I used to consider them “Dumb Money”. Maybe someone would say New Money. This is because my dad was sort of a rogue, elite academician and Renaissance Man. Also they are either much older than I or much younger than I. And where they were spending time at their beach house which to after a time I was not invited —could have had our own beach house but my mother forced my father into an annuity.

The point is I’m not with my tribe I guess. Even if I received this I won’t have had the experiences to have caught up.

I did get to go to St Barth in Caribbean with my uncle and his wife and my parents.
