things i learned about life and share with you yes you now

-aim for a 4 day work week. the free additional day really makes the difference. I also experimented with different combinations and a long weekend does not work for me as I get lazy and depressed so I do work for 3 days, then a day off, then work and 2 days weekend and this is really the best combination. This means you have to maximize the money you get per hour as much as you can and work less hours. dont aim for overall maximum money yield aim for the hourly max

-trying to win fights and conflicts etc is just a waste of time and energy. i fought many times and even if at the end the other side gave in i just kind of lost because I had a horrible time fighting etc. this goes for many legal conflicts etc. I just try to let go now. my rule is: i wont have an argument about 200 euro and if there is some law shit that would just follow me for months sending letters back and forth but could be settled with like paying 1k i pay it happily. i cheque them like you would cheque and pay bitches. this image helps me and makes me even smile sometimes.

-treat yourself, live in the moment. if you have money and can invest it to make your life a bit easier in stressful times do it. see it as a health investment long term. take an uber here and there is you feel disgusted by the masses on the metro, eat a nice steak etc. whatever big or small you can afford. here and there do it.

-know your or have values. life can be very dark at times and seem pointless. you must have something that you strive for, some ideal, some quality in life or in other people you wish to support. it cannot just be one other person or a thing. It has to be an idea or something like this. you must have and live your values it will carry you through many many dark valleys when everything breaks down you are still doing something of worth and just by living according to your values your whole being becomes purposeful whatever it may be

If its a scam u shouldn't pay em the 1k. That's what they bet on, that u can't be bothered or ur afraid or something. U just enable them.

I wish I could do this.  Maybe one day.

I hate drama in general.  Most conflict is unnecessary, energy best spent more constructively, yes.

I do a little, but I find it hard to do this out of guilt.

I actually agree with this.  It helps to set priorities and remain consistent/persistent.  Feels good accomplishing things, wholeness.

Thanks.

No complaints here.

I like the conflict over how it provides an interactive exchange within a different environment of constants, and practice in that lends to more patience for it and composure during it.

It's less about the argument itself typically and more about argument style.

Lynch goes on about this one a lot.

I'd say it's better to seek out and stress test your values to see how they hold up against the rest of reality, allowing room to refine it.

How do you typically get to allocate your workdays? Are you totally free in that? Or is it company policy?

Good perspective, though exceptions bestow the rule. Some fights are worth having, but pick them wisely and keep them short.

I tend to treat myself to healthy habits and vices alike. I'll treat myself to sashimi, miso or a bowl asneasily as i'll try out a new drug or get some weed.

I'd say I'm conscious of the importance of letting loose.

This one's the highest on the pyramid, and I haven't fully defined it yet. I wouldn't know where to start. What does your value system look like?

 I support wisdom and compassion.

also "trying to win fights and conflicts" is always fun, if ur ready to lose.

and it is a great experience in general. but you need to pick your fights, some are useless.

What makes some useful for you? Only logic thing is could think of is a classic expected likelihood of winning * value of winning function. If you pick fights for fighting's sake it means you lack vision and purpose.
