Part of why I enjoy the site is that I've known a lot of the people here for a long time, and to an extent I can see a collective psychology mapping out over time. I also get the different types of humor at play. If a new member joins then when people here poke at them, I get why they are doing it and what they are looking for. That process is part of what makes the site funny.

It's more difficult for me to sell why a new person should get involved in this place than it used to be. At least when there was a lot more fighting, it was easy to draw mentally ill people from Discord to here because it reminded them of familiar territory. But now the content is what? Old and mentally ill people beefing about really old drama. And even when someone new may join, people act weird (and stale) and accuse them of being puppets. Fitting for a site of people with low empathy, but if some of you are so Machiavellian how come you bore the shit out of new ppl?

If I were new to this site, I'd just leave without looking back. There's nothing interesting here. No intellectual discussions whatsoever. I could find better content on Discord or Facebook.

What we do have is an echo chamber of schizos going off and BPDs accusing others of being pedophiles. Why would anyone want to be part of this?

Tony unironically defending Andrew Tate was funny as fuck but it helped the site look quirky. Now that's gone too.

You want new edgy people to poke at; you either make the site convincing or send them here from such a place. I had suggested creating a subreddit for that but no one should do it as this site just isn't worth it. I do think it'd be effective.
