People will assume I'm some narcissist, and they will again when I say, I personally couldn't be so cold toward someone so infatuated with me.
With that I'd reckon Chapo has taken some damage from his proposal rejection, so what keeps him from Med, might be his own pride.
Also there's likely some kind of danger for Med if Chapo opens up to her, then she beeps out and discards him ( again ) Chapo would probably fuck her up.
How do I know ? Despite his demeanor, Chapo is an emotional guy. It's why he does criminal stuff, hates cops, dislikes authority, gave Marillia a concussion, choked out CS. All emotional output. He would most likely kill Med. Maybe even God is okay with Chapo's terms of service and fees.
He set the terms pretty early, but not with this price tag.
Payment is in advance, then he unblocks and is willing to have conversations. There is no timeframe given in advance and he can pull the rug from beneath it whenever he wants.
She is still willing to consider such a horrible deal, maybe that gap of time got to her and now she's twice as obsessed? The stalking and begging's coming back full force.
Dude's talking about all the ways he'll ignore her and she isn't taking the hint. She has more than once even gone on about how him avoiding her is someone else manipulating him too, she cannot face rejection as she gets increasingly odd.
She must not take him very seriously, at least for his word...
