What part is hilarious?

Not willing to read this horse shit knowing that 20% tip for acceptable service for sit down, $1+ for “fast food” where they accept tip, and obviously more than 20% for more or less anything that isn’t food where you should be tipping. Hotel staff is iffy for me.
