You can face it without binding it.
I did not bind them either they bound me or my spirit team bound me or universal laws bound me or maybe a combination of some of these because what I wanted to do is actually command them (instead of just compassionately offer them without commanding) to be transmuted to pure source energy which is unconditional love and the energy of God and then become whatever they become after that I do not know what their exact fates would be after that because I have not been given that information

I'd focus on building up your own defenses before confronting them.
I am not scared of them anymore though and I do not feel a need to defend only to be respectful Idc if my ego spazzes out it needs to learn that I am choosing evolving into higher vibrations over some of its desires
