Why does anyone mention the position of Chapo's eyes at all. Close set eyes that track and are symmetrical are attractive. Wide spaced eyes are the anomaly. You've got it all wrong.
It is about ratio. If the distance is too little it looks retarded.
Back to Chapo there is something wrong with the position of his eyes. He also got some fat getting older. He kinda looks like what women would find 'cute' in his prodromal phase quite early in life (for example that I can get out of police custody vid on yt), so I guess what we see now is due to bad lifestyle but there could be potential.
The latest footage of Chapo indicates he's gotten very skinny.
His arms and neck looked smaller. Like he isn't eating well.
Chapo has a resemblance to Judge Judy, which is a distinct facial type.
If he played in Star Trek, they would most likely make him into a Vulcan. They do that with people who have certain features, high cheekbones, slender facial definitions. Chapo has all of these facial features, plus a distinct jaw line which commonly is the mark of a handsome man.
