I am being initiated by the spiritual realm into becoming a shaman

I think that I am being called to become a shaman  certain people are chosen in a community of people to become shamen also known as energy healers and have been since the beginning of time and it is possible that I am one of them

 

they travel to this other place called the otherworld or spirit world in a trance state to receive messages and heal energy for themselves and other people and nothing has sounded more interesting to me in my life  I feel like I am being initiated into that calling due to the circumstances of my life a dark night of the soul / existential crisis is usually the precursor to becoming an energy healer and I have been going through that

usually with shamanism the person becoming the healer doesn't really necessarily have a choice it is pretty much forced on them  like they can choose not to follow the calling but they will be feeling stuck and miserable the rest of their life if they do not learn to heal themself

oh of course,  in your opinion all shamans are probably scammers and never heal anyone and the otherworld does not exist  you are free to believe whatever you want but that does not make you correct

Oh no, there is sometimes validity to some tutorials. 

They however tend to impart a little bit of themselves in the lessons, and a lot have odd quirks.
