On the weekend I went to a party. Never felt like it, cause my back is fucked up from training, but I went anyway.
There's a guy there who likes to jam with me, when we're there we'd spend 80% of the time horsing around on guitars. Normally whenever I jam with this guy we always make something unheard of so this time I set my device to record the entire session, even though there are other people there yapping away I figure I'd do it anyway so we can later on remaster and refine anything good we made.
He's on electric, I'm on acoustic.
This clip isn't so great It's just a simple loop, a bit rough in some areas. A little improvising.
It's only audio so I'll describe what happened
- My Goddaughter sits next to me and she's going for the muted strings on my guitar as I'm playing ( I had a capo on the guitar so lower notes were muted )
- Her uncle ( who is really Plastered and baked ) basically tells her don't touch it cause she'll ruin the vibe and threatens to punch her.
- She tries to explain how nothing will happen if she touches those strings.
- I stop playing, other dude on electric is still playing. I briefly say "it's fine" I then demonstrate on the muted strings. It makes a chime sound. Goddaughter follows along the same pattern making the chime sound, I then start strumming again, then electric guitar guy readjusts adjusts and we're in sync.
Plastered Uncle starts howling ( He's a really bad singer ) but he ended up making the session more fun.
Here's how they above description played out.
