I am technically retarded, that is socially retarded. I admit it. 

I was assessed as having the social skills of someone in her mid to late teens, around 16 years of age.

This is an improvement, so I am getting better, but in very small ways. 

I took a social IQ test based on reading facial expressions and my score was a solid zero btw
