Would be surprised if the ratio is that good, but not a big deal. The video is quite misleading in many ways.
It doesn't seem that fun or interesting to wear our IQ on our sleeve and mingle with a bunch of people and be like "yay we're smart"
It does when you've spent your life as a smart person surrounded by people beneath that tier.
It probably feels great to them similarly to how anime conventions can be.
