Just Bought an Electric Scooter

Got an e-scooter with a zero start function so it's not just kick-boost like my last one I had to get rid of. Really changes the game. People don't realize just how much potential they have. Gone are the days of cars providing independence as they become prohibitively expensive for people that need a headstart to begin with.

check extended filters and check "zero-start"

So, do you have to wear helmets with these scooters?

Aren't most helmet laws for people under 18? I could look into gear maybe I kind of have been.

These seem more fun, might be more practical in some cases, though I'd use motorcycle gear and knee protection with if I rode them.

This one has a range of 200+

Some of them can do 70 klm an hour. Some of these guys ride in traffic.

They are not more practical.

Of course they are. More compact and longer range. You can sit down if you want.

Range man, range.

Not really much more range. Price per value and carrying capacity are worse.
