Never seen one before but I did eat it before. Not sure what it tasted like cause it was minced with bear and deer.
Though they seem to bluff charge a lot, it's best to stay away, or kill it if you must.
Eating a whole moose liver will overdose you on Vitamin A. A lot of these cold weather animals have a lot of Vitamin A stored in their liver.
I wouldn't eat a moose. I hear their meat is tough and gamey.
Some people hunt and eat them, but I would feel bad :(
Then again, I eat rabbit and venison and it is just delicious.
Way better than cow or pig.
Not as fatty.
But I've never hunted my own food.
I might find that disturbing :'(
