Yes and No, Philosophical Transexualization is really more what society needs rather than literal chemical expressions to make a physical argument. For that to happen full blown transitioning doesn't need to happen, but rather increases in sympathy and empathy, symptoms more often than not attributed with the nuances of Estrogen. Through diet, such as the proliferation of Dairy with hormones meant to push people in the right direction (Cow's Milk increases Estrogen levels), finding ways to make Tofu trend over it's Estrogenial properties, or even adding it into people's drinking water and booster shots, this should be able to be achieved without such drastic measures. There are also Gregarious Trends that can keep the wheels in motion for creating an ideal society.
The fact that someone trying to be the other sex ends up stuck being expected to conform to a small set of standards and expectations shows the shackles of Gender for what they truly are, how people are not free of the history, pain, and oppression that still echoes into the now.
