You know there is an antibiotic that is very heavy on the liver that you have to take for one year and it will get rid of acne forever. Even the scars go away. I know a few people that did it. You need to get your liver checked every few months. If it is not acne then 2 times a week tanning saloon may help dry shit out. 

It looks like it's mostly hitting you where Facial Hair should be growing. 

It’s difficult to tell from a pic that’s of a quality that it could’ve been taken on a toaster, but that could be really bad ingrowing hairs. Go to a salon and see what they recommend. And never get started on a drug called Roaccutaine
