Watched Violent Night, and we weren't that into it. Instead we took out our apps and started doing crypto stuff.
I think the trailer is better than the actual movie. The movie was deluded in the sense of believing in Santa Clause. It was too sweet at times, the little girl was too big to believe in Santa.
The trap scene was good, it looked very nasty.
Movies these days are shit, cause now they tend to carry political inclusiveness. This one never felt like it was doing that. No race quotas or women doing manly things.
Other reviews give this movie a higher rating than I would. They call it an instant Christmas classic. Nope. In this era, this movie hasn't the replay value.

Die Hard is my second favourite - again, not even just Christmas movies but all time movies. Never actually seen Gremlins
