I want to work on myself to become a better person. I'll visit families more often, do nice things to people, give to charities, and try to think the best of people. Lately, I've noticed I've started to become a little bitter, and it's not helping me. I feel very discouraged to become a better person, though, since I feel like the people around me aren't trying.
I will also try to feel a little less wrapped up with work.
Yeah, that's my new year's resolution.
Jesus Christ my resolution is to start prepping for Christmas EXTRA early so I can have everything ready with plenty of time instead of rushing last min. 😖

Update. Workout doesn't work, I don't have energy and I am tired. 1kg of chicken was extremely unrealistic. Tried it the first days but eating the same shit 3x a day is dumb. Also it is expensive. I still do the alternate day fasting though and lost some weight so far.
