He already chose Med once.

If anything Sugar was one of Med's major defenders until Med took it too far, multiple times.

That wasn't stalking, that was opportunism and gossip, and she less posted it so much as endorsed it happening. 

It was sidelines stuff and instigation, Stalking is very different and shouldn't be conflated with Sugar's antics. Med could prove to be potentially dangerous if given the context and the means.

 Sugar defending med was a thing, med going to sug to complain about me being mean was also a thing. Sug asking me to be nicer was a thing until she saw med being a bitch and trying to dox me and post pictures of other women and claiming it was me.
