"Better than Lincoln, better than Washington", my sides. 🤣
He doesn't even announce that he's running in 2024, or that you're buying from "The next president" or any of his usual taglines.
I think he may have given up, and this is him trying to turn a profit from the remainder of his support. This has Trump Steaks written all over it, and he's waaaay late for going into the NFT market.

When I heard about this, I was bullish about it. I don't do NFT's, but I know how profitable they are whenever celebrities do them. Logan Paul made 5 million in a day with NFT's once.
Anyway the MSM is knocking him, which is millions of dollars of free publicity.
Okay. Then we see.....
Said CoinDesk
And what ? He's collecting Wrapped Ethereum on the Matic network ? That's a pro move right there, saving on Ethereum fees.
Not only did he sell 45,000 NFT's for $99, but.... The beauty of NFT's is the original creator will get a 10% royalty at the least, for every resale at higher prices. It's the gift that keeps on giving for every previous owner at that. It's not holding NFT's that make rich, it's having sold many of them. It's a wealth generator.
Donald Trump NFT what ?
The NFT's are up over 130% ( in a day ) while this beauty above us is the most sought after of the series. I think this person WILL get their 20 ETH by January, who knows.
$99 to $3,695 Literally up 36x in a day.
These NFT's are a hit and we're still in a bear market.
What I love the most about this. Trump... Is into crypto. Sign of the times.
this is real?
lmao
is he a twitch streamer now
It's like Trump Steaks levels of marketing with the same new project cope he was cooking up over Trump TV when he thought he wouldn't win the presidency the first time.
He buries his shame in new projects, which isn't the worst coping mechanism, but he could stand to do the grift a little less transparently. I am moreso pleased that he didn't refer to his own campaign in 2024 in there even once, the current climate might be telling him to pull out.
Colin showed me this and I thought Trump talking about selling NFTs was AI-generated at first. I actually could not believe what I was seeing. The artwork is fantastic. My favorite part is when he said they make great Christmas presents. As if everyone I knew was dying for me to send them a Trump NFT.
The artwork is fantastic.
The face is near-identical in almost every single one (the slimming of his waistline's great too), and one of the arms was super fucked up on one of the ones he was showing off.
While some of them are clearly legitimate works a person likely made, I think many of these NFTs might be AI generated from a template.

$99 each isn't even that much money apparently. 🤷
This sold out first day. It's no longer $99. The favorite one is going for $3,600+ and rising.
In all honesty, these NFT's are a damn generous gift.

If Trump comes out with his own token I highly recommend buying it the minute it's released, it WILL hockey stick.

It's still the price margin he put them at, and the only money from this grift he'll potentially end up seeing. If he's smart he'd hold onto some of his own to try to play that market later, but if he's running that route he's likely delegated it to someone else as per usual. Still, if he's using AI to make these he's pretty much printing money.
It is true though, star power is one of the few things that gives things like this some mild air of 'legitimacy', similarly to when celebs hit the art field pre-NFT. They end up in it more for the artists' statement rather than in it for the work itself, and the fact that he's been president makes these kinds of scams historically marketable.

$4,455,000 in a day. Then the way the NFT works, Trump will get 10% minimal royalty for everytime the NFT is sold. ( 10% minimal, he could have set the royalty to whatever he wanted.
I prefer cheaper investments myself, but at $99 it was certainly undervalued. Easy ROi

It doesn't matter how the image was generated.
The money comes from buyers, which is different than mining for block rewards. It feels like printing money is all. Anyone who sells their Trump NFT will also get a royalty. The way it works is, everytime the NFT is sold, the proceedings will be divided accordingly and everyone who was ever involved will get the coin airdropped to their wallet.

It does actually, as depending on how he's doing it there may be little to no overhead.
Literally printing money.

They also are automatically entered into a sweepstakes to have dinner with him or get a free trip to one of his golf courses.
