Two sessions so far. I said I feel like I don't really get my share in relationships. He said he thinks it is very sad that I view relationships like this and added that he adjusts all of his relationships to what he can do for other people. I quickly changed the topic. He also taught me some breathing exercises to help me focus during sessions with clients. He also told me that there is something he calls sixth sense which exists next to the consciousnesses that govern the sense doors which apprehends mind itself similarly to the mano-vijñana which we find in buddhism. He defines it as the mind itself which directs itself towards different things: memory, planning, day dream, criticism of the past, criticism of the future, worrying about the past, worrying about the future and beliefs. It is very helpful to develope a general awareness of this sixth sense and its points of reference and to train oneself to recognize it.
