maybe I will stay in there forever until I die  I do not feel like I can take care of myself anymore and I do not have any hope for the future  also suicide seems soo easy to mess up

Going to a metal hospital right now is a good plan. It is a better plan than suicide. I think you should reach out to someone who can help you- a doctor or social worker.

Sc is pretty boring.
