mostly fears about mistakes that I made in the past ruining my potential for an amazing future I really deep down want an awesome future that makes all of the difficult times in my past worth it
this is like the last time that I am going to share my personal struggles on this forum but this one is causing a lot of problems in my life
It sucks, and it has been ruining my quality of life but I am seeking help for it soo I will probably be okay and I am sure that a lot of radical acceptance and lowering my expectations will be involved
and regardless of if you want to label these types of thoughts as intrusive thoughts or not, these types of thoughts can still be very annoying and frustrating and set off panic attacks if you do not know how to manage them or if the ways that you used to try to manage them are not helping anymore
