TC honest question about your back

Don't you have back pain? You spend so much time here and I guess sitting? How are your vertebrae? I developed back pain recently and I wonder how you are dealing with it? Are you doing exercise? Serious thread I'm interested.

Don't you have back pain?

No, quite the opposite. My father raised me to know martial arts and my schooling taught me dance (ballet, tap, musical theater style) and gymnastics. I can't really get away from it over how it's so natural, even when on the lazier side.

I do warmups and stretches on the regular to remain limber, and I can't remember a time that I didn't. Bananas or other sources of potassium help as well, and if you have something clenching from having slept on it wrong or whatever I've found that asprin, from removing the swelling, can help with repositioning it when it otherwise would be too swollen to do much about it.

My back is fucked. I often sit for 8 hours and listen to people. The seat - called Sessel - is very stylish but seems to be very unhealthy.
