Would be a completely different relationship from cs, certainly wouldn’t be raping her, but yeah I don’t think she would be alive at the end of it. Would definitely beat the shit out of her and do drugs though.

This is my guess based on what I gathered over the years.
If Chapo settled down and married Med, he will stay awhile and file for divorce for a big payday. He would also beat her, considering he beat his ex wife, and CS. Med for sure.
Med. After some time she'll start to turn sour on Chapo, all of the bottled up disappointments had to go somewhere, and they'll all come back. She'll be revengeful for all of the times he took her money for sex, and all of the times he rejected her or called out her lack of intelligence. The reply above me 99% is a Med sock puppet, fishing for a screenshot to use against Chapo in the event she wishes to attack him through the legal system. Call it a threat or something.
During Chapo's marriage, he did have sex with Med at times. Like how Eve dragged Adam down, so too did Med manage to inflict some damage to Chapo's soul on a spiritual level.
