It is funny but I am not even feeling unstable like normally I can sense if I am going to switch up but I feel happy and stable and this is super weird for me  I must have healed even some of my mood swinging stuff

I feel like the minute that some people find out you have BPD they'll immediately start blaming everything going wrong in the relationship on that. Even stuff that has nothing to do with it suddenly becomes tied to your bpd. I can be pretty stable and still have shit be blamed on me because it's easier than accepting they're a shitty partner

yeah I cannot be in a relationship with someone who does that for sure

How do you end up being able to tell the difference between when it's about them versus when it's about you, if not some ratio between there?

Speaking as a diagnosed Schizoaffective person myself (schizophrenic symptoms when manic from bipolar-like symptoms), it's not really fair to sit there and blame other people for how they respond to our mood swings. They're just trying to live their lives, they have the option of seeing other people instead, and making it their problem is very imposing and liable to push them even further away. 

It's important to take responsibility for when we overstep our boundaries with other people, rather than expecting them to bend over backwards for our problems.

How do you end up being able to tell the difference between when it's about them versus when it's about you, if not some ratio between there? 

 I'm well aware that i can act erratic but some shit definitely isn't me and it's actually them. Stuff like lying to me about where they were and who they were with. I think you should be completely honest in a relationship so of course I'll be annoyed if I'm lied to but it could have been avoided if they were just honest. Or not liking when i call out blatant manipulation. I'm not making a problem I'm just telling you that you're being manipulative to avoid taking fault and shifting the blame on to me, that it's actually my paranoia causing problems. 

I do be paranoid but only when i see a pattern emerging. 

Me being clingy and jealous do be an issue
