I have stopped feeling emotionally dysregulated by any types of comments that used to trigger me I can completely ignore them as in not respond to them, mute them if they are behaving especially toxically, or respond with compassion whichever feels like a wiser investment of time and energy now I know that I can handle social media in the future if I ever choose to do that which is awesome
