also, I recently stopped using a dysfunctional coping mechanism that tried to block out emotional connection and vulnerability with other people and eventually led to me totally isolating myself from people and sometimes my anxiety gets triggered soo much because of this but I am an adult now and I have newer healthier relationship skills and I do not need to be scared of past trauma repeating itself
