In my experience, getting a degree meant cutting loose my previous online habits cause the course was an intensive one.

In the past decade TC never took any breaks and was here, literally almost everytime I logged in day or night.

I wouldn't gamble on it, but this is the reason I don't believe he has any psychology degree. And if he did, it would've been a terrible waste of time and money for him to go to school.

It's just a Bachelor's degree, at best I can be a counselor or a lab monkey for someone with a Master's degree. It wasn't a hard degree to get, the coursework was much easier than the other classes I was taking. You just need so many credit hours to be based around Psychology while clearing the pre-reqs and general requirements to graduate like that. What began as a single degree became a double major during my fifth year (yeah yeah it took me an extra year) over how I had so many elective credits in Psych that I might as well bump up the degree.

If anything this ought to be a warning sign over how easy it was for others to get their degree. If I can do it, think of all the other kinds of people who got it too.😉

I've met some of the more messed up people in my Psych classes. What begins with people trying to cure themselves eventually translates into passion in the field, and the only reason I even ended up getting paperwork for Schizoaffective was over having signed up for therapy as extra credit for one of my classes. The one running the sessions eventually suggested that I should keep coming in, and... well, I did.

It was through the college that I ended up being able to find it easier to apply for disability, ironically.

/mfw Spatial forgets what cellphones, tablets, and laptops are.

Dude, it's not hard to moderate this site. I can pop on like once an hour to see if things are okay, and during travel I saw it could be more spread out than that as long as I didn't make my being absent from here too obvious.

Nope.

I've taken psych courses and TC knows the jargon.

And yeah. You can't do anything in the field without a Master's.

I think his degree is the real deal.
