75 square m, 1600/month. Been living here since March 2016. Grew up in over 200 square m house that I am set to inherit at some point with 4 Bedrooms 3 bathroom 2 offices 2 living rooms 2 kitchens a library a sauna and an outdoor hot tub. 3 rooms with toilets....... That's 1 washroom, 2 Bathrooms......... the "2 Bedrooms" here have bathrooms. There is also a stand up shower here while the tubs have showers. The 1 washroom is in the hall closer to the front door.

You mean a toilet and a shower? I think most people have those? Bath tubs are a bit more rare probably in Canada. Never been there. Or do you mean that they don't have toilets in most apartments in Canada? That seems awful. Where do people go daily, in that case? Do they wait until they get to work or so?

I've moved around, had many homes, lost properties, rented etc, but before I moved in here, I NEVER had my own bathroom. Most people share the bathroom in their living situations.
Most people do not live alone, they live in groups, and they share the bathrooms/washrooms. I'm just saying for one to have their own bathroom is a luxury. I mention this because in my earlier days we only had 1 bathroom for the whole family.
It has a den and balcony, done up Kitchen etc. Everything.

It's basically a room that can be used for whatever. This one here is kinda like an office space. I used to keep the 3D printer in there.

Ever since I moved here I started gaining more wealth. This place is basically a sanctuary that transformed me into the investor I am today. Though I live here I'm going to buy this unit and another one maybe. I sorta have a double life.
I was going to get a brand new Model X this year, but delay that order, I'm anticipating a 10,000x, plus I have another 10,000x on my hands starting this weekend. ( 2nd one is a surprise, despite the bloody market nothing beats buying on release day.)

Right so at the moment, for every $100 dollars I spend, it's LITEREALLY going to be like blowing 1 million dollars.
People don't understand this, nor do they believe it, but we saw it happen multiple times this past bull run. Hex did it, Shina Inu went up 70,000,0000% I bought and sold Shiba late, and Hex... I watch it blow up without even getting any, and I saw both of these projects on day 1.

It's all I do. I learn. Nothing gets by my radar now. I know what makes a project successful and why. I also know when to buy these two projects I'm already invested in 1. ( First one is this Saturday ) It's nothing like LUNA or LUNC.
So this is why I do not spend money, and it's why I never got that Model X ( yet ) cause I'd be quite the donkey to spend $150,000 on a freakin car when I can just wait 2 years and get a whole fleet of cars and start a rental company if I want. I have a 10,000x on the way, and I have another 10,000x on the way.
My lady came to me about needing money to fix her suspension it was a 900 dollar repair. I said lady don't do this to me. Go to your friend or do some side hustle. I don't think she understand, neither does anyone else.
