I think the yellow framing is too wide. That used to mean fake when I was little. It is probably a fake.

 I didn’t realize you do have a lot of cards. Say it were $250 to evaluate that really adds up.

I would have to say it isn't PSA 10 quality. Especially when we look at it from the back we can see some mild damage there.
