how to recover from narcissistic abuse

I have done it in the past,  and thanks to my year long return to christianity I relapsed.  but this time,  I am never going to relapse again  this time it is going to be permanently forever  never ever again will I encourage myself or anyone else to be narcissistically abused  this phase of my life is ending and I am so happy to let it fade into the past  good riddance  :)

Step 1)  set the intention to permanently forever recover from narcissistic abuse  :)

Step 2)  realize that the narcissists in your life are going to be pissed about losing control over you and try to manipulate you back into the toxic dynamics of your former relationship with them,  but resist anyway  :)

Step 3)  commit to setting a good example for everyone around you of how to not allow yourself receive damage from narcissistic abuse  (protect yourself spiritually, mentally and emotionally)  :)

Step 4)  rejoice that you are a survivor and that the abuse did not kill you and that you are becoming more and more successfully able to move on  :)
