Death is on everyone's doorstep. Can our personalities live on forever? A reputable scientist is saying : No. You will die even if you copied yourself bit by bit into a computer. But then I ask, if you have memories, and tastes, don't they live on forever. Well, the scientist says, and I quote (I peer reviewed this myself) "I also never liked mushies avvies until I was 20." We've all died since we were kids, and we'll die by the time we're 30.
So I disagree with the scientist and rescind my approval of his conclusion.
