yeah well it is going to take time to empower myself again so unless Michael wants to help me since he is the one who scared me so much that I gave everything up
otherwise I am going to need time to feel better about myself and the situation that I am now in and a new username is not priority yet

Just want to flag this as the real swing back into whatever manic state was before, probably.
The obsessions still lingered, but now is the antagonist push.
