hi how are you dex ? I am going through a really difficult transformation and struggling with depression and trying to keep the bad thoughts away I have a lot of really negative thoughts and they drag me down and try to pull me under, I have to fight them, I have to learn to fight and be strong and keep myself going
I am interested in IFS which is a type of therapy about seeing all of those negative thoughts as actually trying to help motivate you to change for the better, but they do it in very negative and critical and uncompassionate ways and so I am trying to heal the sources of all of those negative thoughts inside of myself

thats tough jesus, i want to help you. ive been through a lot but i dont know if i can help you,ive been depressed and anxious and life in the trenches makes it hard to trust anyone.
