I think that I want to study literature and textual exegesis

and do something productive with my life,  maybe start with taking free courses and go from there  and continue participating in IFS therapy but with a new secular therapist

nothing is,  I meant like I am trying to figure out what courses to commit to and stuff what would be most worth my time

You tend to be easily distractable though, have you tried making a schedule for yourself to get tasks done?
