yes but then I cancelled, I did just pray in tongues privately to God though and it helped me feel better

I just do not believe doing it publicly in a big group all at the same time that is very chaotic and not enough interpretation going on to be doing that out loud all together as a group and God is a God of order
Idk speaking in tongues privately between God and myself does help me feel better It like bypasses the language barrier and feels like I am pouring out my spirit and all of my desires even if I am just whispering
genuinely I was feeling depressed a little earlier and then I started pray whispering in tongues almost out of desperation and then after doing that I felt better I felt like He knew and understood everything that I was asking for and needed in ways that people cannot and do not and that when I pray to him in my normal language I cannot express to him everything properly the way that I truly want to because there are like "language barriers" is the best way to put it too many side roads and this and that instead of just directly expressing idk
lol, I guess not kind of sucks to know that we can only partially understand how to control our brains and make them do what we want and behave how we want even now with all of this modern science
