My period was late this months. I've been getting my periods regularly for over 3 years now. When the landlord asked for an advance (he's a tweaker) I simply offered to deduct one fifth's of what he owed me already to make up for his debt. This of course was of no use to him and he promptly threatened to evict me. Now here's the killer; I signed for a three year contract and am eligible for compensation if evicted without probable cause.
Should I let the strung perv go through with it or call my cousin (who's an attorney) for help? The only reason that I haven't yet is because his wife doesn't want him hanging out with me.
