So what you’re going to have to realize is that about 90% of threads on sc just get derailed by tc and whoever he is talking to in the thread. Okay okay, so if Tom is a better worker than Crystal, has more experience or something which I’d kinda like to assume he does just ignore her. If she has a point maybe fire her or give her a shitty raise with at least 1 significant downside. So of course that shitty raise, is like a 14.3% raise.. uhh well yeah this is something you have to prepare for because people talk about shit. It’s your fucking fault. If Tom is a brand new hire then you’re a villain.
