i dont know what to do with her and i have no experiences with trans patients. what can you tell me?

In general it's not really a good sign when a therapist or whatever starts talking about their patients like that either, could be seen as dangerously close to malpractice.

A 28yo displaying regression? Something is mentally fucked and fry is a fraud. Assuming this is a fr fr person, fry should not be handling them.
Cope when it comes to Trans people? I think it's entirely possible that a lot of young people rn are definitely trying on the Trans identity and aren't actually experiencing gender dysmorphia

Choosing a female name seems like it's a part of the same bad practice, while she already has a name.
I imagine in even in psychology, there's going to be a lot of holding back and refraining from the truth to appease the LGBTQ's, specifically the transgender, demand for acceptance and inclusiveness.
