As one might expect I'd say TC is dangerous, and that isn't being said out of spite. 

Get a criminal background check and interview him and his mother together. Are you safe to live with?

The real question is, would TC's parents let him bring home another stray?

I would need there to be like,  a safe word when he is getting too annoying for him to shut up and stop taking to me while I process my thoughts alone through journalling and praying to Jesus or with my trauma therapist....

but other than that I would maybe find it tolerable to live with him ?  Idk lol  he annoys me a lot though
