Need for speed: do you speak faster than your friends and associates

Does anyone else fInd— such as in your work—that people are slow. I have to do a lot of talking in my work and I pride myself in my clarity of speech and what I say follows logically. But lately people are like “slow down” or I am told I interrupt people frequently in my personal life to get my point across. And I can’t stand it really. People I seem to be encountering lately are just slow witted.

Anyone else have a need, a need for speed? Cue Go Go Speedracer.

I think faster, but my speech is usually struggling to find the right words.
