To get someone else to help you so you wouldn't have to keep asking me through escalating something rather serious. Again, I thought you two'd escaped eachother but now the gap is bridged and I sincerely think it only stands to get worse. 

On one hand, escalation would help spread awareness and get people out who would be more willing to help you when they otherwise would have been content with not, while on the other hand doing nothing after you saying you're being strangled, in the present tense after everything that's happened, would be doing a worse thing, a thing you'd express repeatedly that I am complicit over even when he and I aren't talking about that shit anymore, nor nearly as often in general.
