At this point even if nothing comes of it now, what I'd be reporting from the chat logs here and old messages should be enough to at least have them log it in their database. Then if you or someone else calls, or if you dial 911 and hang up rapidly, they will have reason for concern and be able to help you out of a dangerous situation.

You could always talk to the person who owns the property about how your husband is strangling and raping you, I bet they'd not take kindly to it over how that could affect their property value.
