It's possible that people got his address from other people through DMs etc. No way to tell.
However, I may interrogate people one-by-one to find out. People usually return to the crime scene. Thus, it is highly possible that Lenalee, who brings this topic up very frequently, is the peanut killer. Therefore, I will start by interrogating her to see if she will spill the beans. Besides Lenalee, there are a few people with that kind of motive that I can see. It is, however, possible that TC/Crow made it up.

I don't think anyone from SC sent it. Not Systematic or Tryptamine or whoever met her in person or knew where she lived.
If such an event did take place, it would be someone she knows. Someone who knows she's allergic to Peanuts, and knows her address, and someone who really, really despises her deeply.
As usual I won't lose any sleep over it, but I'm sure the truth of this unsolved mystery would've been epic enough.
