I notice that a lot of you have an motive of victory, domination, one upmanship, self validation, ego, and sadism when you criticize (or should I say attack?) other forum members. The intent is not for the person to change or to help anybody they are harming. And there's certainly no thought of actually getting to know and understanding the person.
This thread is all about a different approach to criticism. It's simple, think of someone you have a problem with and write a criticism of them absent of any hostile or malignant attitude and try to have the intent of helping or getting to know them.
And if you're not capable of this, perhaps you need to examine yourself before you can examine others in any capacity.
